About me

I moved to Weimar more than 20 years ago and haven't looked back once! 

Although living and working in Wales and London for years, I've found my "personal haven" in this quaint little town! So, to cut a long story short, it's in Weimar where all my "passions" (art, culture, literature, history, architecture and music) are combined in the most unique of ways - astonishing me each and every time I stroll along its narrow alleyways and cross its cobblestoned squares.

Due to my professional background as an English lecturer (English language, German literature and politics, M.A.) and as a certified tour guide, I'm well prepared to introduce Weimar, the European Cultural City 1999, to visitors from abroad.

During our walks you'll not only pass a plethora of buildings included in the UNESCO World Heritage List but also discover some hidden treasures and astonishing/amusing facts about this town.
